Cus: I was partying last night and smashed my droid
Me: do you have insurance?
Cus: yes
Me: ok, so let's see... There is a deductible for this device of $89 to get a replacement.
Cus: are you f***ing kidding me?! What's the point of insurance?
Me: it's so you don't have to pay full retail for the device. Which is around $600.
Cus: that's bullshit I could go on ebay and get this phone brand new in the box for $100. Screw this I'm not paying that. Thanks...
